I do custom cross stitch patterns and kits, as well as custom dyed fabrics. I will only take on custom designs that I'm comfortable with and confident they will translate to a pattern well. I do not do custom finished pieces.

Full custom pattern designs start at $25 and go up depending on size and complexity.

While my hand dyed fabrics have been washed in the dying process, it's important to care for them properly to ensure that the color does not bleed into your stitching. Reds tend to bleed more than other colors, so please take extra care. The fabric should be hand washed in cold water with gentle soap, such as woolite. Place the fabric in the soapy water, dip and swirl it for a couple minutes. If there are any dirt spots, gently rub at the spot with a clean washcloth. Rinse your piece thoroughly in cold water. Lay it on a clean towel, roll it up, and gently press the excess water out. Unroll and lay flat or hang to dry. Once dry, you can iron it on a cotton setting (medium to high heat).

You're able to download your files as soon as your payment clears. It's pretty much immediate but sometimes it can take a minute or two.

There are a couple ways to download your files. If you're an Etsy member, and you made your purchase while logged into your profile, you can find your files when you go to your account, purchases and reviews, and then just click on your order from my shop!

You will also have an email from Etsy with your order confirmation and the link to download your files. If you for any reason, weren't logged into Etsy when you made your purchase you can still access your digital download from this email. Make sure to check all your folders and that you're looking at the same email that you used at checkout.

No, these are counted cross stitch kits. Kits come with a blank piece of fabric and a paper pattern for you to work off of.

Yes, I do accept cancellation and returns. However, there will be a restocking fee up to $8.

Cancellations - Cancellation on custom orders are only accepted within 1 hour of the order being placed. Cancellations on kit orders are accepted anytime before the kit ships. However, there will be a restocking fee if the cancellation is not made within 1 hour of the order being placed.

Returns - Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Restocking fees apply.
